Website check: your lead magnet

Last updated:

The website check is a tool for your own new-business pipeline. On your agency website, a prospect enters their web address and receives an audit report: load time, mobile rendering, technical weaknesses, embedded third-party services. The report runs entirely under your brand, and the contact details land with you.

Embedding it

In the cockpit's Website check area you'll find the embed code: a short snippet you place anywhere on your agency website. The preview shows you what the widget will look like beforehand.

If your website is maintained with an AI tool, there's also a ready-made embedding instruction you can paste straight into it. It tells the tool how to integrate the widget.

How checks turn into contacts

The report shows part of the results immediately. For the full report, the prospect enters their email address and confirms it. That way you only collect contacts with genuine interest, and you stay clean on data protection.

Captured contacts

The list in the same area shows every contact with a status:

Status Meaning
Checked only Website was checked, no email left
Email pending Address entered, confirmation still missing
Confirmed Address confirmed
Report sent The full report has gone out

Confirmed contacts are your starting point for outreach: you know which website they have and where it falls short. A better conversation opener than any cold email.
