Monthly report

Last updated:

The monthly report is an automatic email to your clients showing what their website achieved each month. It's included with every website at no extra cost.

For you as an agency it is, above all, visible value: your clients pay monthly, and the report shows them monthly what for.

What's inside

  • Visitors for the month and the trend over recent months
  • Sources: where visitors came from (Google, direct, social media)
  • Devices and countries
  • Availability and speed: the website's uptime and load time
  • A plain-language summary that puts the numbers in context, understandable for people who've never heard of "bounce rate"

The data comes from the cookieless analytics that Pagora sets up automatically on every website. There's nothing to install.

Branding and recipients

The report goes out under your agency branding, with your name as the sender. Pagora appears nowhere. In the client's Monthly report tab you choose which addresses receive it, and the preview shows you what it looks like before the first real one goes out.

If a client doesn't want a report, simply don't add any recipients.
