Managing clients

Last updated:

Every website you manage with Pagora belongs to a client. You add a new client on the overview via the "New client" card, with name, contact details and the website that goes with them.

The detail view

Clicking a client opens their detail view. It's organised in tabs:

Tab Contents
Overview Website health, visitor numbers, master data, recent requests
Escalations Requests the assistant has handed over to you
Domain & hosting Connect domains, switch hosting, environment variables
Design The automatically captured design profile of the website
Chatbot, Newsletter, Bookings, Reviews The modules, booked or on offer
Monthly report The monthly report for the client, always included
History Every change, with the option to jump back

Health and visitors

Pagora checks every website every five minutes. The overview tab shows whether the site is reachable, its uptime percentage and the average response time. If a site goes offline, you're alerted. You also see the quality scores from the latest check: speed, SEO and accessibility. The accessibility score helps you gauge compliance with the German Accessibility Act (BFSG), which has applied to many B2C websites since June 2025 — 90 points or more puts you in the green.

Visitor numbers come from a cookieless analytics setup that Pagora installs on every website automatically. There's nothing to configure, and no cookie banner is needed for it.

Escalations

When the assistant can't carry out a client request with confidence, it doesn't guess; it hands over to you. Such cases appear as escalations: on the overview and in the client's escalations tab, with timestamp, channel, the original request and a note from the assistant about what the problem is. You sort it out with your client and mark the escalation as done.

In Settings you can store a Telegram chat ID; you'll then be notified immediately about new escalations.

History and rolling back

Every change to a website lands in the history: what was changed, when, and on whose request. Because every website is versioned, you can jump back to any earlier state. That's your safety net in case a change turns out to be unwanted.

Design profile

Pagora reads a design profile out of each website's code: colours, typography, layout patterns and design rules. You'll find it in the design tab. The assistant uses this profile for every change, so new content looks like it belongs rather than looking bolted on.
